What happens after a correction arrives
The publisher checks the submitted statement against the page’s platform, game mode, version or patch context, source scope, and review date. A source that discusses a different build or mode is not silently generalized to the current page.
If a material factual error is confirmed, the page is updated, its visible review date is revised, and a dated note describes what changed. Small spelling, formatting, accessibility, or link repairs may be made without a public correction note because they do not change the player answer. If the evidence does not establish the proposed change, the claim remains unchanged or is marked unresolved.
